-Many to mention but I looked up to and followed the career of Chef Fernando Aracama during my college years.

What would you consider as your greatest accomplishment this far?

If there was one recipe to remember you by, which one would it be and why?

- From my Mom: Pork Humba! It was a staple dish in the family for years. My childhood dish and one of my comfort food. My Mom cooks it better than me, she does, up to this time.

If given a blank check to finance any dream project, what would you work on?

- A restaurant with a live cooking show kitchen, a bar by the beach or overlooking a view of the ocean.
