Chef Dale Yulo Sy bags Gold, Silver & Bronze at the recent 2021 Philippine Culinary Cup




While most are dreaming of success, winners wake-up and work hard to achieve it.

We congratulate our WAMC Philippine Chapter Membership Board Chef Dale Yulo Sy for winning Awards in Various Categories from the recently concluded Philippine Culinary Cup which is the most Prestigious Culinary Competition in the Philippines.

Chef Dale bagged Gold for the U.S Pork Category, Silver for the U.S. Lamb Category, and Bronze for U.S. Beef.

This however somehow comes with no surprise as Chef Dale is a seasoned veteran in culinary competitions much like the Philippine Culinary Cup.

At current Chef Dale is the Sous Chef for Sheraton Manila Hotel under the Marriot Group.

Congratulations Chef Dale! Your WAMC Family is proud of you!

Chef Rey Parreno II, is an Executive Member of The World Association of Master Chefs and current Region 6 Council Officer of the Philippine Chapter.
