Chef Ryan Paul Ramiso is an Executive Member of The World Association of Master Chefs. He is Executive Chef for Suncrest Hospitality and Accommodation Corporation

1. What started you off in your career path as a chef? 

- During my college days, I witnessed several students participating in culinary competitions, which sparked my desire to one day become part of such a competition myself.


2. Did you consider other options before deciding on culinary arts?

- At that time, my first choice was to enroll in Customs Administration.


3. Who is your greatest influence as a chef?

- Chef Dietrich Dietmar


4. What would you consider as your greatest accomplishment this far? 

- To reach my goal in life, to become a Certified Chef 


5. If there was one recipe to remember you by, which one would it be and why? 

- Pina usokang baboy with sweet sour and spicy sauce. I won the gold medal in cooking competition,way back 2006 that was my first cooking competition i joined during college days.


6. What was the most challenging project you handled?

- When i was in Balay Pacifico Eastern Samar


7. What other things are in your bucket list? 

-To haved my own restaurants someday


8. If given a blank check to finance any dream project, what would you work on?

-To open my own restaurant.
