Chef Carlo Baroa, is an Executive Member and holds a Masterchef Title and Award from The World Association of Master Chefs.  He currently holds the following positions inside the Association: 1. Global Director for Organizational Development 2. Regional Director for Southeast Asia 3. Vice President for Academic Affairs of the Philippine Chapter He is also Chef Patron of Bistro 101 Dumaguete, SpLiT Cafe Dumaguete, Nyor Cafe + Bistro in Cebu. Chef Gerald Basilio, is an Executive Member of The World Association of Master Chefs and current Vice President of the Philippine Chapter. My family lived and worked in Italy that is why I had the opportunity and need to follow them and to find a work.  My first job there was as a Domestic Helper. Chef Dale Yulo Sy bags Gold, Silver & Bronze at the recent 2021 Philippine Culinary Cup

While most are dreaming of success, winners wake-up and work hard to achieve it. We congratulate our WAMC Philippine Chapter Membership Board Chef Dale Yulo Sy for winning Awards in Various Categories from the recently concluded Philippine Culinary Cup which is the most Prestigious Culinary Competition in the Philippines. Chef Dale bagged Gold for the U.S Pork Category , Silver for the U.S. Lamb Category , and Bronze for U.S. Beef . This however somehow comes with no surprise as Chef Dale is a seasoned veteran in culinary competitions much like the Philippine Culinary Cup. At current Chef Dale is the Sous Chef for Sheraton Manila Hotel under the Marriot Group. Congratulations Chef Dale!
